Behind every great sporting club is a great team of support staff.

Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our club; we simply cannot operate to the professional standard we set ourselves without our passionate and dedicated volunteers. If you are interested in being a part of one of the oldest rugby clubs in the world and making an impact on the future of our Club then please apply below.

We have several opportunities available to become involved at the club in the following fields

SUFC is looking for experienced and accredited coaches who are interested in coaching in the Sydney Premiership Competition and have a real passion for club rugby. Based on campus at Sydney University, our club has a rich history and culture and a strong relationship with current and past students. We have availability in our Grade, Colts and Womens programs.

Coaches need to have their Smart Rugby Accreditation and should be available for training sessions on Tuesday & Thursday evenings, and game days (typically Saturday). Approx 8 hours per week commitment.

Interested in working with the team but don’t have the coaching credentials? We have several team manager positions available across all programs. The team manager plays a pivotal role for the Club, ensuring the coaches and players are prepared to the best they can each week.

A great team manager is organised and great at communicating, basic knowledge of the rugby laws is desired but not essential.

Ideally, team managers are available for training sessions on Tuesday & Thursday evenings, and must be available for game days (typically Saturdays). Approx 8 hours per week commitment.
