This membership is non-transferable

  • Only gold members will receive a physical season pass from 2024 onwards
  • All other members will receive a digital members pass that can be added to your digital wallet

Gold members only

The flexi membership allows entry to four (4) games. Your digital pass allows four (4) entries of your choice. After your game entries have been exhausted your pass will become invalid

A new place for ‘SUFC members only’ to access exclusive content and communications, along with partner offers and discounts. This can be accessed via your member login and password on the new SUFC website at sydneyunirugby.com.au

This will be active from January, 2024

Members are our priority but ask that you are patient as we return your communications

  • All members will receive an e-information pack once membership is purchased
  • If you are a Gold member, packs with your members gift and physical card will be sent out every Friday from Mid-February to the start of the season to your nominated postal address
  • All other members will receive an e-information pack shortly signing up

  • Main change is that Canterbury will be coordinating the online store for SUFC. When you click on a Canterbury product on the sydneyunirugby.com.au/shop/ you will be re-directed to the Canterbury online store
  • Canterbury will oversee the purchase of your SUFC product

  • SUFC are outsourcing to industry experts where your products will be delivered to your nominated address within 72 hours

  • When you click on your item (if it is a canterbury product) it will re-direct you to the item on the Canterbury page where you will be able to checkout and pay
  • If there are any other items aside from Canterbury or specials, these will be purchased directly through the SUFC shop

Once you have paid your registration, there will be prescribed dates in March for kit handout. These will be communicated via WhatsApp groups

Playing shorts, socks, club polo, insurance, medical, club support

This can be done through Zip pay on Rugby Xplorer. SUFC will not do any player payment plans

  • For a full refund, you will have to return unworn, still packaged gear that was handed out. If this was worn or deemed worn by SUFC staff, you will be charged $8 for socks, $35 for club polo and $37.5 for shorts
  • If you change clubs before round 4, for a partial refund – you will be deducted cost of gear and a 10% administration fee of the club portion ($19.7).
  • As per SRU guidelines you will not be permitted to change clubs post round X and you will not be provided a refund
