Sydney University Football Club (SUFC) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Will Lintott as our new Operations Manager. Will brings youthful energy and a deep passion for rugby to our team.
In 2024, Will successfully managed the 2nd Colts premiership-winning team, showcasing his exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Originally from South Auckland, Will has been a dedicated rugby supporter and player since his youth. His move to Australia in November 2023 was driven by his ambition to pursue a career in sport, and we are delighted to have him on board.
Will’s involvement with SUFC extends beyond rugby; he is also an active player in the Sydney University Cricket team. His diverse sporting background and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to our club.
Will holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, with a focus on Marketing and Tourism, from the University of Canterbury. This academic foundation, combined with his practical experience, equips him well for his new role.
As Operations Manager, Will will lead all operational and logistical elements of the rugby department, including match days. His responsibilities encompass the full execution of rugby-related logistics, administration, and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of player administration and welfare.
Will’s favorite rugby team is Counties Manukau (NPC).
