In 2025 SUFC launched our Player Housing Initiative which aims to provide affordable housing to young players from regional and disadvantaged backgrounds wanting to play for the Club. In an exciting development, long term partner Ed Flitcroft from Chalk Road Buyers Agency has joined with SUFC to create an innovative offer which will deliver substantial support and funds to this program.
Under its Rugby Referral Program, Chalk Road will donate 10% of their Buying Fees in 2026 straight to SUFC arising from any house purchased by a SUFC supporter. Chalk Road will extend this offer to anyone referred to its services by a member of the SUFC community. The Club will use those funds to fast track the development of this housing initiative to bring it to light as soon as possible.
