Sydney University Football Club (SUFC) is proud to host a special event that highlights the club’s commitment to inclusivity, community, and the power of sport to unite. On Sunday, 3rd August from 12–1pm, the Sydney University Aquatic Centre will come alive with the energy and excitement of Wheelchair Rugby, featuring a unique mix of SUFC’s wheelchair rugby team, alongside current men’s and women’s players.

This dynamic exhibition match, supported by Wheelchair Sports NSW/ACT, will showcase the diversity and strength of the SUFC community, bringing together athletes of all abilities in a thrilling and fast-paced game. Spectators will witness firsthand the skill, strategy, and camaraderie that define wheelchair rugby, while celebrating the inclusive spirit that drives SUFC forward.

Adding to the excitement, the event will welcome special guests:

  • Mike Tindall – Rugby World Cup winner and former England international
  • James Haskell – Former England flanker and media personality
  • Alex Payne – Broadcaster and co-host of The Good, The Bad & The Rugby
