Nick Phipps will end his NSW Waratahs career by captaining the sky blues in their final match of 2019 when they face the Highlanders at Rugby Park, Invercargill on Friday night.
Fanga will be heading to England after the World Cup to join newly promoted London Irish in the English Premiership for the 2019/20 season.
