PARTNER PRICING POLICY Purchasing your vehicle from an authorised JLRA retailer: Under the terms and conditions of the Partner
Program, you must inform the Retailer, when first making contact that you wish to buy a new vehicle through the Partner Program.
You must not allow a retailer or a member of the Retailers staff to form the impression that you are buying a car as an ordinary
member of the general public. #The Partner program pricing only applies to the factory supplied vehicle (excluding Defender),
factory-fitted options and pre-delivery costs. Any additional costs associated with Retailer fitted Options & Accessories are
subject to negotiation between the retailer and the approved purchaser. The approved purchaser shall also be responsible for all on
road costs associated with registering the vehicle. Partner program pricing includes GST & LCT (if applicable, luxury car tax) but
excludes dealer delivery fees and on road costs. The vehicle price will be confirmed prior to any order being placed. Limit of 1 vehicle
purchased per player / eligible member. No other retail offers or campaigns are applicable to a vehicle purchased under this
Partner Program. Offer applies only to new vehicles purchased and delivered between 1st January 2020 – 30th June 2020.
