Did you know:
Since 25/8/2013 we have played eight times against Manly, Saturday was only our second win in 1st Grade since then. In fact it was not just a win (45-13), it was a record win, beating equal points differences in 1962 and 1918 of 31 points. Also it was our second home win since 27/8/2011.
Big comeback on Saturday morning at St.Johns when Tom Shaw ran on for 4th Grade. It was Tom’s first game since the 2nd Grade Grand Final in 2015. Back then Tom had 58 career tries for Uni. He went over again verses Manly to take him closer to his 300th club points. Last time Tom scored was round 15 against Souths in 2011.
This coming week we have two of our players playing their 50th Grade game, they are Jack McCalman and Callum McIntosh, congratulations men.

Ben Carolan has been enjoying the last two weeks. The No.8 has scored 4 tries in two games.

Three teams are still undefeated in the club after round 6, they are 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade and 4th Grade.
We ended last Saturday with 199 tries, good chance a 4th Grade player will pick up the 200th try of the season next week against Easts.
