That Henry Clunnies-Ross reached his 50th 1st Grade game on Saturday. Henry has missed a lot of footy since debuting in the 1st XV back in 2014. With injuries and Australian 7’s tournaments. He celebrated with a try against Manly, which was his 62nd career try and his 32nd 1st grade try. Congratulations mate.
Our 10-6 win in 1st grade was the lowest score verses Manly since 25.4.1959 at Manly Oval, it was 8-6.
We won all 7 grades the only club to do so.
We scored in Grade 15 tries to 4 and 197 points to 53, while our Colts scored 16 tries to 2 and 100 points to 21.
Lots of yellow and red cards on the weekend with 5 to Uni and Manly receiving 7.
Our 3rd grade side has now scored 12 tries in 2 matches.
Our 3rd grade left winger has had a great start in his first year in grade. On Saturday he scored 2 tries, and 5 goals for 20 points, while the week before Max got a try 4 goals and 2 penalty goals for 19 points, Not bad in two games he has 39. Should have his 100 by spring time.
And in 1st grade Colts our number 10 J.Gibbs had a good day in their big win over Manly. He is now on 29 points after 2 games.
