It was announced last night that Ben Hughes will take the reigns as Club Captain for the 2018 season. Hughsie has been part of SUFC since 2013 and is a much loved character around the Club. Ben was voted for by the playing group and we have no doubt he will do a fantastic job in his new role.
The Club Captain is a role model for the Club. They are the link between the players and the administration. They represent the views of players and take responsibility for their performance on and off the field.
Ben will be assisted by the Colts Club Captains Josh Sheridan, Tom Osborne and Miti Tuinakavadra along with the leadership playing group.
