Unveiling the 2025 Home Games and Special Events
Sydney University Football Club is thrilled to announce the fixture list for the 2025 season, packed with exciting matches and special events to engage our community.
Home Game Highlights:
- Round 2 vs Randwick: Kick off our home games with a bang on Heritage Round at Oval Number 1. Celebrate Back 2 Uni Day and enjoy the Golden Teams lunch exclusively for our Gold members.
- Round 4 vs Gordon: Join us for a special ANZAC Day match. Honour the day with an intense clash on the field.
- Rounds 6 & 7: Our first back-to-back home games against Easts and Two Blues. Round 6 features the anticipated Ladies Day combined with Mother’s Day celebrations.
- Round 10 vs West Harbour: Experience the vibrant Pasifika Night as we bring the community together after a well-deserved mid-season break.
- Round 12 vs Souths: Mark your calendars for the Legends Lunch, where our 1st XV will don jerseys in honour of SUFC legends.
- Rounds 14 & 15: Another exciting back-to-back home stand against Norths and Manly. Round 15 see’s the return of Friday Night Footy and will have 1st and 2nd grade teams under the lights, with Gold members enjoying a President’s Dinner.
- Round 18 vs Eastwood: The final home game before the 3-week finals series.
Special Events:
- Annual SUFC Luncheon – Friday 1st August: Scheduled the day before the 3rd and final British and Irish Lions Test match in Sydney, this promises to be our grandest luncheon yet, featuring renowned Lions players.
- Grand-final: season concludes with the grand final on Saturday, 30th August.
