The 2020 preseason kicked off this week with the 6 week summer program. All returning and new players to the Club are invited to join us! 

New players are asked to complete this online form – 2020_Player_recruitment_form.pdf and return to [email protected] before attending training. 

MEN’S TRAINING  

5th November – 12th December

Tuesdays and Thursdays – 6pm, St Pauls College Oval 

7th January – 27th February 

Tuesdays and Thursdays – 6pm, Field TBC

Note – Only runners are allowed on the field during this summer period. 

WOMEN’S TRAINING 

The Women’s team will be commencing gym and conditioning training on Monday 11th November and the following sessions are available: 

Mondays & Wednesdays – 6am, SUFG High Performance Gym  

Saturdays – 7.30am – SUFG High Performance Gym  

Field sessions will start in the New Year
